It was my first time renting. I was stressed about the whole process when looking for a place. After calling CH Living and moving in, I was surprised at how smoothly everything went. It was awesome. There was good communication, no problems.
I was impressed that when I initially called to view the suite, the building manager accommodated my schedule as much as they could. From that point through to moving in, the whole experience went smoothly!
I found my home at The Willowcrest and haven’t looked back. I love my apartment and the community feeling in the building. Who says number 13 can’t be lucky?
There is a great sense of community in the building and the building managers do an amazing job keeping things clean and promoting harmony and happiness between tenants. The units are gorgeous and spacious.
The transition from homeowners to renters marked a significant change in our lives. From our first inquiry through move-in, our journey consistently surpassed our expectations. It’s been reassuring as we navigate this new chapter.
My favourite part about living at The Janson is how cozy it feels. I feel secure as the building has cameras and locked doors, and the team responds to fix any reasonable concerns promptly.
