Madelaine holds a BA Philosophy and has 10+ years of experience in freelance design. She continually focuses on expanding her knowledge of art, business, marketing, and operating her side gig, Madelaine Art & Design.

Anthony (Tony) Hellrung oversees the Janson Apartments and Smith Street locations. With a strong background as a Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic and PMP-trained project manager, Tony brings a wealth of technical expertise to his role.

Julia is CH Living's bookkeeper, with a solid foundation in both finance and accounting. Beyond her professional life, Julia is an enthusiastic traveler, enjoys exploring new cultures and landscapes, and has a love for reading.

Gurpreet is the community manager of CH Living, with a love for reading books and exploring her artistic side. She has a passion for painting landscapes and has a keen eye for capturing the beauty of nature.

Bogdan is the Construction Manager of CH Built which works directly with its sister company CH Living to renovate and maintain all of our locations. He began working with CH Living back in 2010 helping with renovations, projects, and assisting the building management.

Andreea is an accomplished accountant with a love for her home country's cuisine and a passion for landscape photography. Her culinary skills are a reflection of her roots, and she enjoys cooking Romanian dishes for her family and friends

Dean and Gale have many years of experience in property management. This duo prioritizes community, leadership, and the small details when managing their buildings. Dean and Gale put a genuine effort in keeping up with their residents and building maintenance duties.

Svetlana takes great pride in ensuring that her buildings are well-maintained and safe for all residents. Originally from Romania, Svetlana moved to Canada in 2011 and has been fascinated by Canadian culture ever since. She has a love for learning new things and is always looking for ways to expand her knowledge and skill set.

Pat is the building manager but his real passion is hockey. He loves the sport so much that he started his own skate sharpening business in 1999. Pat is a true people-person and his love for helping others is what makes him an excellent building manager. He's a valued member of his community, and his positive attitude and outgoing personality have made him a friend to many.

Dennis is famous in the CH Living office for his hard work, sense of humour and relaxed presence. We have had excellent feedback from our tenants and staff about how great he is to work with. Dennis has many years of experience managing buildings, and the care and devotion he puts into his job is evident!
